About this guide
Who we are, how we verify, and the line between explaining a system and spoiling the dungeon.
Deep Dish Dungeon Guide is an independent fan-made companion. We are not affiliated with Behold Studios, Raw Fury or Steam. Our rule is simple: if we cannot verify a claim, we either label it as community-reported or leave it out.
How we verify
Every guide is checked against one or more of these sources:
- The official Steam store page and its screenshots.
- Official patch notes and developer posts on Steam.
- Public English Steam reviews, used for player-reported behavior and clearly labeled.
- In-game UI text visible in official screenshots.
When a detail comes only from a player report, we say so in the sentence or in a callout. When a detail is unknown, we say that too. We do not invent recipes, material costs, boss names, drop rates or codes.
Why the site exists
The game is deliberately friction-heavy: the developer says so in Dev Blog #10. That is a design choice, not a bug. But “no hand-holding” does not mean players should have to guess whether a bug ate their key item or whether they missed a lever. A good companion removes the administrative confusion and leaves the discovery intact.
That is the line we try to hold: we explain systems, not secrets. We will tell you how cooking, tools and the backpack work. We will not spoil the layout of a room you have not entered unless the page is explicitly a walkthrough with a spoiler warning.
Corrections
The game is four days old at the time of launch, and patches are moving fast. If something here is wrong, send the page URL, the patch number and a screenshot if you have one. We will verify and correct in public. The contact page has the details.
Images and trademarks
Game imagery is from the official Steam store page and belongs to Behold Studios / Raw Fury. It is used for identification and commentary. Deep Dish Dungeon and related marks belong to their respective owners. Our original text and tools are our own.
What we are not
We are not a cheat site, a key seller, a ROM site or an official support channel. We do not host game files. If you need account or purchase support, use Steam support or the developer's official channels.
