The four guides new players need
If you only read four pages, read these. They cover the loop, the food, the tools and the people you bring with you.
Beginner guide: the first ten hours
Find the pickaxe, mine clay, expand camp, and stop wasting trips. A spoiler-light route through the early game.

Why food is progress, when to eat, and how to stop running out of water mid-run.

Roles, shared resources and the inventory habits that keep a group moving.

Things that help you play
Three small tools that remember your progress in this browser. No account, no email, no tracking.
Progress tracker
A milestone list for tools, key items and areas. Tick things off as you find them; your browser remembers.

A simple 10/15/20-minute reminder for food and water. Because the dungeon will not remind you.

One camp. One dungeon. Many returns.
Deep Dish Dungeon is built around the round trip: leave camp, learn something, bring it back, cook it, craft with it, go back down. The rail is the order most players seem to follow — not a forced questline.
What changed
Patch 1.0.47.0 is the one to install
Backpack and item-loss fixes
Deconstructed items no longer fall through the floor. Backpacks and death packs now wash ashore instead of sinking. Backpack contents no longer swap or duplicate. If you bounced off the launch build, update before you judge the inventory.

Before you buy or dive back in
Is Deep Dish Dungeon co-op?
Yes. The Steam page describes solo play or online co-op with up to two friends — three players total. Steam also lists cross-platform multiplayer, though the store page does not spell out which platforms can play together.
How long is it?
One public review reports 15+ hours and says the game is larger than expected. Treat that as a player estimate, not an official campaign length. The dungeon rewards backtracking, so your time will vary.
Why is my inventory so small?
It is deliberate. The developer's Dev Blog #10 says the small inventory is meant to force choices about what to bring back. The backpack is designed mainly for moving camp, not for daily exploration.
Are there codes?
No. This is a premium Steam game, not a Roblox-style experience, and we found no redeemable code system. Our guides do not invent codes or rewards.
