Meal timer

A 10/15/20-minute reminder for food and water. The dungeon will not remind you; this will.

Short answer

A simple meal timer for the 10–20 minute hunger and water rhythm reported by players. Pick a preset, start it, and cook before the next fight. It does not read your game or your hunger bar.

15:00 ready

The timer uses the browser tab. If you close the tab or the device sleeps, the countdown stops. Set a phone alarm for boss attempts.

How to use it

  1. Before leaving camp: start a 15-minute timer after your meal.
  2. When it rings: check hunger and water. If you are heading into a fight, eat a full meal, not a snack.
  3. Reset after eating. The timer is a prompt, not a punishment.
  4. Use 10 minutes on a long, hungry route or with a low-food diet; 20 minutes when you are exploring close to camp.

Why 10–20 minutes?

Public reviews put the hunger and water cadence at roughly every 10 to 20 minutes depending on diet. That is a player estimate, not an official rule. The timer is deliberately simple because the exact interval depends on what you cooked and how far you are pushing.

Community-reported timing

The 10–20 minute range comes from public Steam reviews. If your meals last longer, use the 20-minute preset; if you are running dry, use 10. Do not treat the timer as a game-accurate clock.
